RC8R Red Bull Rep for my son

My son will be 2 next year and so I decided to get him one of those kiddimoto bikes for xmas, there was a bit of a mix up with my order and was told by the reseller that Kiddimoto had just sold out of black and orange so I started ringing around people to see if they had any in stock, although it seems they are generally supplied direct from the factory for all the web stores I checked.

Anyways on my search I came across who supply kiddimotos complete with custom graphics so I sent them an email with a pic of the RC8 Ltd Edn Red Bull bike and asked if he could do it.

In the meantime a black and orange kiddimoto turned up on my doorstep, it turns out I got the last one according to the response to my mail to kiddimoto regarding expected restock.

Got a response back from Evoke confirming that it wouldn't be a problem to supply me one with the Red Bull graphics and so I responded and got him to just send me the graphics instead for fitting myself.

And here's the end result, I think it looks the nuts

By coincidence the guy behind evoke who just does it part time was also going to the NEC so was able to take close up pics of the bike to get all the details he needed.

So if anybody else with kids want's anything done similar then give em a shout, it actually would have worked out a bit cheaper to get him to supply the bike with graphics already applied as he was offering a pretty good deal on that, quoted me £105 all in inc delivery and rrp is £99 for a std one.

I got mine for £89.99 on the net but just graphics on their own were £25 so cost me about a tenner more, but were really good quality and really easy to apply due to the thickness of them.

They don't even have black and orange on their site anymore as the guy said won't be available till March now so I was lucky to get the last one.

Could have done it with an orange and white one but I'd have had to have painted the wheels.

Nice one, TJ. He's gonna love that.

I airbrushed up the main frame of a similar kiddy bike for a work colleague's son. I never saw the bike built up but I bet that kid's got the pimpest ride in playschool.
