#6sorry to hear that fleegal. fight them all the way. a rear ender is 99% always the vehicle behinds fault.
i had a bad experience this week in my car. going round a blind left hander and this van was partially over on my side of the road (semi narrow road, no divider line). with a big bank on the inside i had nowhere to go, i hit the brakes, skidded across the road, he swerved back over to his side and i hit him head on on his side of the road. needless to say i am getting screwed for the blame and even threatened with careless driving.
so you all know its apparently ok now to cut a blind corner, cause an accident and get away blame free, not to mention get yourselves a nice whiplash claim at some other poor mugs expense.....
the system sucks.

#10What made the witnesses say that it was your fault? If witnesses are saying that you overtook and cut right in front leaving her nowhere to go then it's not as clear cut as saying the driver behind is always in the wrong.

#11Time for some bling! Pazzo levers, rizzoma rearsets, SDR seat unit, carbon panels. Well if you're going to have to replace them it may as well get something out of it. Probably cheaper than stock too. Hope you're ok. I would be having a big BMW shaped bonfire about now

I think ALL drivers should be made to do 5 years on a bike before they are allowed to apply for even a provisional car license, then if they do this type of thing they should be made to do another 5 so they learn to respect other road users.
