The gasket on the first joint on the rear cylinder has blown out completely - the bike is running like a pig and sounding like tractor.

I am going to have to find a stealer and have one posted out to france - to save any cock ups does anyone have the part number for this graphite seal ?? and perhaps a recommendation for a dealer ??

Its a 2008 ktm sdr with the full akra system.

Yeah mine has totally disintegrated over the last week or so. Now she is banging like mad on the over run. I've almost given a couple of OAPs a heart attack! Going to pick up a new one on Monday.

Thanks for the info - I have noted the part number and will order a couple up on monday - I dont look forward to changing it though.

I had this made up in exhaust grade aluminium to OE dimns and it's lasted circa 12k miles so far compared to circa 3k miles for the OE part

Hi Twinrider,

How come you need the graphite seal if you have the full Akra system? One of the first things I liked about mine when I fitted it was that it doesn't have this.
