rear panels

will the seat panels from a 2005 /2006 bike fit on a 2008 bike ?
think my bike was registered late so its a older model on a 2008 so i have been told its the one with a silver swinging arm and the grey wheels
i dont want to wast my money on the panels if they wont fit & i only want them so my mate can have a play at airbrushing them

All the rear panels should be the same, only the tank panels were changed to suit the larger tank.
