Resevoirs

I have orange anodised covers for both mine and to be honest they're kinda in my face - i have been thinking of getting aftermarket bits for up there but then they're STILL up there anyway kinda in the face. This seems like a good alternative and would clean up the bars some ........

ps, except i'm thinking why not just get those adapter things that seem to be needed there up on the bars and just mount the stock resevoirs under the tank - i don't need their 350$ worth of paraphernalia - or do i ???

Good factors- the look, no spilling after an accident, 2 year warrenty,
the bad- it wold get very messy under the tank after you added mounting kits hoses etc. 49pce kit. Hard to check fluid levels. Adaptors look sh!t

If you were running a track bike it would be practical but for a street bike i'd stay with the stock

The reason for the bar mounting is to gravity feed the piston in the clutch and brake master cylinders. Seems to me bleeding this and keeping air out would be a real problem (spongy levers) unless there is some kind of pressurization of the reservoirs.

Not sure the big fat oval connector with huge logo doesn't look just as crap as the OE reservoirs, plus all that extra hosing and messing around involved seems like a pain - and it's not cheap either. hardly seems worthwhile.
