Its been raining a bit here lately.. OK, quite a lot, and i've had the opportunity to wade (or maybe, fang) the bike through an almost concerning depth of water across the roads.
Now, if it was a dirt bike, i'd follow the "up to the air intake" rule but having a bunch of electrics down there just behind the front wheel has me a little concerned about going in knee deep.
Anyone taken the SD for a swim ?.
Should I just turn around it if it looks like it will dunk the battery ?.
It seems like it might be a bit of a challenge to hold a wheelie across a body of water to keep it dry.
The rain has eased off a bit now but I'm sure it will come up again at some stage.
