I wonder if the steering damper had more intervention the journo wouldn't have had the tank slapper

Thrashing a loan bike with TC etc. turned off, wheelying, riding hard, gravel on the road.

Yeah, realy sounds like a dodgy steering damper or rear wheel play was the cause of the crash.
