road/track helmet or MX helmet ?

I was debating something like this as i think it's a cool looking lid for SD riding...

I usually wear normal road/sports Arais.

What you think guys ?
MX lids are OK at MX speeds, but the peak would rip your head off like Grendel with PMT when you open up the Superduke.

Normal road lid for the sd...... used a mx lid for a previous supermoto, and for that bikes speed and power it was fine, but 40 odd hp and 100mph is not sd speak
MX helmet seems to me totaly inapropriate for SD - thats a naked street bike. No way I would use an MX helmet

I use SHOEI - for my pumkin its best

I have a helmet from my SMC that I still use, as well as my that I bought for the TOOL.
Both, really. I have both an AGV TiTech (light, quiet) and an Arai XD Supermoto/DS helmet. The AGV is sleek & quiet, good for long days & hi speeds. The XD is really great for around town stuff, lots of air & way better visibility. MX helmets w/goggles seem like a lot of junk to deal with, and VERY noisy above 60MPH. The XD (even with the peak) is OK until around 80, then you better be careful when you turn your head.
