Jezze !! Was i missed er wat.. I get the largest laugh from you guys, I really should make a notebook to catalog all the junk on these subjects.

spec you moto, if you needed to know about that front plate you can call me whether I post on here or not friend.

Plipton and myself have replaced the front plate, neither had to remove anything, takes a snap-on 1/4" x 8mm swivel socket and patience.(*easily cross threaded!*)

imo the sas is a bad joke just about like all the other emission control devices on modern petrol burners, they are approaching the horse from the wrong side.

I have done a how-to on the resistor, if you need i can post up the link. do a search on sas resistor, it has pics too.
Good to hear from you Joe, there's already two links to your post on the resistor in this thread, one near the beginning and one i added for those who didn't read the whole thread or follow the links.
