Those are SM forks on it too. With SD triple clams, a mix of parts, Motor has been apart and repainted black.... hibred for racing metinks.

The tank looks weird.
The footpegs are from a supermoto/adventure.
The front hugger is super moto.....with the headlight thing replacing where the beak would be.
the seat unit looks angled up in an old school street fighter style.
I think its safe to say its not the basis for any production model we are going to see anytime soon.
