SD Accident on Mt Glorious, QLD Aus.

Hi All, Don't post here much but I like to pop in and read every now and again.

I saw the aftermath of an incident involving a SuperDuke today on Mt. Glorious (just outside of Brisbane) It was an Orange pre '07 model. It looked like the rider ran wide on a right hand corner and side swiped a car - I briefly saw the rider propped up against the armco being attended to by the paramedics but he looked to be talking.

I saw the bike at the cafe on top of the mountain 15 minutes before the crash so I was a bit shocked when I saw the scene. The weather was terrible, started off sunny but that was followed by rain and then drizzle. It was difficult to go anywhere without wheelspinning as the road was very greasy.

Basically I wanted to check if the rider is a member on here and to say get well soon.

That Harley video is incredible. If I remember it right, he doesn't even try to make the turn and just disappears off the edge of the hill. Stunning.
