The only thing I would add to that list is getting your suspension setup by a pro. Can't overstate the difference it makes in the way the bike feels and handles. Sprocket wise I've tried 16/40 (wheelie madness) but prefer 16/38
I've not had any problems staying with SDRs on the track if I'm of a similar standard to the rider. I've done everything you have listed and I got 123hp and 75flb on the dyno with custom map.

#9Sorry I missed the std zorst - YES, go with the Akro slip-ons or similar, they do make the bike a bit more eager to rev.

#21Save ur $$$'s and buy the Akras KTM do a specific remap for them, people buy other pipes and say how good they are but still have the Akra fuel map done

#27Keep the 07! Go get your mods, and then load up the bike, head South about 1.5 hours To Portland and go drop it off to EDR Performance, The #1 tuner on the West coast! Eric (The Owner) is the MAN when it come to Dyno tuning, The rest of his staff, mechanics,parts, are all some of the most top level people in the USA! They are also the main Tester\Tuner for Bazzaz Performance FI and Traction control set-ups! Check out his site http://www.edrperformance.com/ Tell Eric Alcorn(Me ) sent ya, and He might charge ya an extra 10% On the other hand, I sure do LOVE my R, Turns a bit faster, handles a bit better out of the box,It's definitly a lot faster up top than my standard was. I would guess some where between 10-15 MPH top end??? BUT how often are we ever topped out on the SuperDuke??? Do you get to the track often?? And I know the speed laws up here in the PNW are TOUGH. Trade-in valus on KTM's right now are SUPER low. Either way, whatever bike you have ALWAYS deal with EDR, it's worth the drive for the piece of mind that somebody that ACTUALLY knows sportbikes It's 2 hours away... DO IT! DO IT! I tell you what Brother,If you can wait for the tune till after Christmas, I'll even pitch in $50 towards your tune! #28get the suspension set up for your weight... valves and most importantly springs.... infinately different bike... then get training... will out do ur mates... literally lose them in 2 corners

#34+1 on Ducati Streetfighter. The one I saw on track was leaving my SDR for dead everywhere.
If you are trying to get more than about 5 - 10 reliable bhp out of a Superduke you are wasting your money.
The 07 SDR has no engine mods and is, if anything slower than my 05 SD. The 08 / 09 SDR has a claimed 10bhp increase but all at the top end and there are lots of stories of build quality issues with these.
If you add up the cost of all the mods you have listed plus what your bike is worth You wont be far short of the price of a used Streetfighter either.
If you are trying to get more than about 5 - 10 reliable bhp out of a Superduke you are wasting your money.
