[quote="Stupid Luke Well I have just bought a 4000 miles SDR which wont be going there for its 9k service........I am not THAT stupid [/quote]

Blimey you dont hang around luke, only the other day you said you thinking about an sdr, congrats are you pleased with it.
Andy, I will be made up with it when I get it, this weekend if I can draw money quick enough

Sabre, that sounds like a cracking plan for my Stupid Luke spring tour.

Day 1: load SDR and fireblade in van and run up to Stowmarket to see Darren at MC Technics. He has already done forks on fireblade but needs to set them up with my Maxton rear shock. He can have a twiddle with SDR whilst I am there too.

Day 2: Blast, newly set up, blade around Snetterton. Then maybe run up to Newark (which was always my favorite night out when I drove trucks instead of lost money owning them)

Day 3: wobble around Cadwell like a knobber on my new SDR. Hopefully learn the track a bit though cos Cadwell looks like the bollox for SD's.

Day 4: run down to Gear4 get bike serviced and go home. If I am lucky my mrs will have run off with the milkman and Dani Minogue will have moved in next door by time I get there.

For anyone in Herts, the KTM Centre in Hemel are good if you want a franchised dealer with hefty prices, but if not Tekmotive are excellent.

They do all my servicing/tyres. Can't fault them on service or price. Standard of work is excellent. Think my 9k service was around £275. Can't remember exactly. Altzheimers kicking in again
