SDR / battle number background sticker?

Would anybody happen to have a templates w/ measurements of the super duke battle tail number background stickers? I'm talking about these:

I'd like to do some "whitening" to my R tail and those backgrounds seem to be about the perfect size and shape when cut of pure white sticker sheet.
