Hi can anybody tell me if theyve had any problems with their fork seals going.
Ive done 3000mls since getting my bike and ive had the L/H fork seal go 3 times.
Ive had the forks done by a proffesional guy and hes even re done the last 2 times FOC.
Hes checked everything but for some reason that fork leg keeps going.
i could understand if it was both legs or at least the R/H once but its always the same leg.
Before you ask yes i do wheelie it and the occasional stoppie but surely these bikes are built for it.
Also while im on one.Today on a ride when i pulled up at some lights a load of water poured out of the bike, its only done this once and i cant find a reason why.The bike temperature was not too high.Could this of come from an overflow and if possible due to wheelies.
Any help much appreciated.
I do love this bike and understand its not a jap but the fork thing is really a downer.
You may have to much air pressure building up in the fork. You may need some of these or similar ones: http://www.ktmtwins.com/ktm-990-super-d ... der-valves

We need more info on the water issue to give you some advice. My bike did however do something similar. After I turned-off the bike water came out of the tube under the bike towards the front. This tube comes from the over-flow tank. All I did to fix the issue is replace the radiator cap. Since I had to replace the coolant I first flushed out the cooling system. I haven't had the issue since.
