Hi, could anyone please tell me where i can get a lighter shock spring for my 07 SDR.

170nm rear and 95nm front spring on 07-present SD
180nm rear and 95nm front spring for SDR (all years)
These guys usually have a rear 170 spring on ebay give them a call they might have what your after:

If you weigh less than 12 stone maybe the 170 rear will be better for you, id leave the front forks alone.

#5I have a standard 05 spring in my garage right now. It is white though. Came off Jamie's bike when when put a heavier spring on it last week.
I am happy to sell it to you, that crash happy cretin fell off at Brands today and has probably concussed himself so he doesnt remember he owns it.

I see speedaway have both these sizes for sale,has anybody got any other stockests as ive had problems with speedaway before.

#7If you think the rear is too hard and you have explored the sag and compression settings. Then go for the 170. 160 and 95 front may not go very well together, I found 160 too soft.
I think the SDR spring is slightly longer opposed to the OEM SD spring.
