#9The customer (yeah, that twat we took the money off) is back again, you here it kicking off in reception, go down and greet them,-don't let them see your eyes rolling or that sigh, that pisses them right off, walk up as if you are about to greet you mother, who is back from the dead, ask the problem (I know we could not give a F@@k, but hey it's our job) try to look interested (important not to fall asleep here-key) let the little F@@ker sound off, try and get them in a corner or your office, as it's important other Customers (Twats don't hear)
Standard response should be, -great bike, try to sound convincing! add something like-sold ten of them, not one had a problem I will get the mechanic mike (we are all called Mike-never give them your real name-just like hairdressers) to look at it (don't laugh), now, if it's a women with her fella, try the good old-sure it's not your riding style love these are powerfull machines, if her fella smiles, your home and dry, give them a sh1t part ex price and sell her a 690 more suited to her needs, if he don't smile run like.........F@@k

#12for the people that have suffered these dangerous problems i understand that it makes some of us very sinical but everyone has the the right to voice there opinion be it positive or negative and even more so when your life is put at risk through no fault of your own.

#13I live on close to nothing and only require a swift ride a few times a week, and joe has a "all laughs" clause that is sure to keep them rolling in tears.
ya know..... tears of joy and laughter, No sincerely,, I honestly hope that they find as much humor from here as i do.
just food for thought. joe has just learned this morning that one of my riding mates has had a bad off over the weekend, he has no feeling from the chest down.
I had complained to you dudes about the same guy riding my arse on our last ride out, running stock tyres that he should not have been running at that pace.
couchy cheers mate, I am glad you manged to keep the shiny side up, you never know when your day will come.

#15I really hope KTM DO take note of couchcommando's mishaps - they should investigate them & if there's any chance it could happen to someone else - issue a recall & get em' checked out.
I'm not interested in PR or the companies profits - I'm interested in riding a top spec bike that's been put together properly. If I wanted 2nd rate stuff I'd have bought something else (insert offending manufacturers here).
So get your act together KTM, otherwise you really do leave the likes of BMW to take over ze vorld !

#21maybe just bad luck but this is the first time out of 25 years riding and racing that i have had a road bike with a dangerous problem, of course i have had many bikes that did not start, ran rough, squeeked, did not brake, pissed oil all over the place, seat fell off mid flight (think that was my crap technical skills), lights that worked when they wanted, etc.
i am going to buy a honda so i can moan about how boring and charactless it is.
any way u guys that are off to cadwell enjoy and make sure all those raffal prizes go so that weeksy cant take any home with him.
