Seat conversion on SD-R

I have the double seat conversion kit with my SD-R so that I can make the change when I want to ride with my girlfriend.
I am not that mechanically inclined, and I am looking for some sort of diagram to show me which bolt goes where and especially which spacer goes where since there are so many of them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Has anyone done the seat conversion already?

It looks like I have to remove the exhaust...
But my concern is that the lock that fits on my single seat kit will not fit on the dual seat. Do I have to purchase another lock system for the dual seat?

you just move the barrel. it's very simple. A slightly different latch is required, but that should be in your kit
