#5You almost have to offer different levels/pricing as people's bikes will be everything from mildly funky to nasty balls of crap.
If you are going to do it, I would try to find a way to test it with low overhead (but not just mates as they can't/won't give you honest feedback) and then decide if it makes sense to go for it on a "real business" scale.
Unless your testing tells you your return will be adequate, I'd stick the money in the market and keep my day job.
