Sideways KTM closing down - no reasonable offer refused

It's sad to see all these dealers closing. A Kawi dealer in my town had to move in with the Harley place next door just to stay open. A friend of my was talking to a parts rep who said he can see 20-30 dealers closing by the end of the year.
