Simpson Speedway RX

I'm finding myself seriously tempted by one of these...

Looks wise you can't beat em, but not stricly road legal, this I believe is to do with the narrower eye port, but beyond of that should bounce well, fully Snell compliant etc, so should be robust. i currently have a Craft RX6 which is a road legal knock off simpson with a full size visor. I like the style, but its a bit gay compared to the real thing and its getting a bit knackered, so I'm toying with the idea of the real deal.
What do we think? Anyone any experience with such lids?

I have that helmet. Visibility has never been a problem while riding. The only vision impairment is when things are really close, like within arms reach and below your chest level.

I have a custom painted simpson sidewinder- fookin cool as hell but heavy, noisy, you cant see shit over your shoulders cuz of small visor and you cant see shit over 80mph cuz the air blows into your eyes round the edges of said visor - cool as hell tho
