Isn't one the round cans and the other the Evo cans?????
na moz. the evo's have a cat and a non cat version. the cat version is 07 only. u can check if u search for the part #
It`s all down to good old EU regs. as to what exhaust can be supplied with a new bike. 07 onwards bikes have to pass E3 regs and need a catalyst. You can use non-cat aftermarket exhausts on 07 -on bikes but it`s illegal for a dealer to sell them fitted to a brand new bike and also technically illegal to use them on the road . It depends on your attitude to the law and if you are stopped by the police how officious he is. If the can is not e-marked/certificated or is marked "not for road use" you could be given a rectification notice (i.e. put the original cans back on permanently and no other penalties)or given a fine and possibly three points (I think) if he got out the wrong side of bed..Once this happens you risk stronger penalties if caught using the cans again---so it`s possibly money down the drain...some police will let you off but not all . Completely unmarked exhausts are a grey area--some still insist they are illegal others that they are subject to an MOT which with a friendly mechanic will be no problem.
You have 3 choices:
2 x Evo slip on cans (pre 07 non cat and 07 with cat)
1 x Titanium round slip-on cans (not for road use)

If you are temped to look at the non legal route the round cans are £300 cheaper.

It's a fine for using non legal cans, not sure about points though.
