hello again chaps, can you tell me how easy it is to change the plugs and what part number or specific plug spanner is up for the job , have heard a suzuki sv 650 spanner will do or a yamaha wr450 spanner etc , dont want to buy the wrong part on hearsay, i think its gotta be a thin wall spanner ?

Very thin walled, if you have a Sealey dealer near you they can order 1 in for you!
As for the actual change, the rear is easy and so is the front if you have a Motobox, if you have the standard airbox then its a case of removing, tank, fuel injection and airbox before you can get to the front plug! Also for the front plug youl need a universal joint and a 150mm extension bar

#4aha ! just fitted the moto hooligan box last weekend but never even looked at the plug accesability when i did this as i was wrapped up in the job in hand, now afterwards i thought i should have banged new plugs in then, i will buy plugs now , so both plugs should be easy after i now get the tank off ? and of course with the specific plug spanner
