stiff clutch, normal?

Hi,

Picked up a 07 SD with 8k on it and the clutch seems stiff to me, at least compared to my 03KLX400 dual sport.

I though hydraulic clutches were supposed to be kinda easy to pull in (its not unbarable, just different to me).
