StompGrips on your SDR? Got pics?

So, got a race prepped (somewhat anyway) SDR -09 coming in soon. No StompGrips or TechSpec Snakeskin on though. Have used Snakeskin in the past, but haven't been blown away to be honest, so I'm leaning towards StompGrips this time around. Kinda curious to see what they actually look like on a bike though. Anyone who uses them who feels like putting up an image or two, I'd be as happy as a penguin in a microwave.

The bike is a black SDR, so I'm thinking black Stompgrips, btw.
It looks ugly. Like some kinda Ikea-made plastic liner for your kitchen drawers, or like someone glued bubblewrap to your pride and joy. I was gonna get some for trackdays, but the snakeskin stuff looks less ugly IMO.

I've got them on my SD. Before you buy, take a look at where you contact the tank and see if they will actually help. I find that mine are generally higher than I like, and that there is no good place to attach them where I make most contact with the tank. I may be misshapen so your fit may be fine, but check it out first.
I sort of like the look of the Stompgrips, they have a utilitarian feel like tread plate. I think it suits the bike in a way - would look horrible on a Ducati but on the SD it seems to work. Agree with the comment about the ergonomics of the tank though. It only really works on track when you're really hanging off. On the road the grips are way too high for most of the time when riding normally.

I appreciate the input and pics, guys.

I'd say I do about 70% track, 30% street, so it is mainly for track use.
