Why not to put RC8 engine to SD?

When i first got mune i had a used tts charger kit off a gsx1400 in a box(Still got it) and did think about it,until i had a good go on the SDR,Then i thought and still do think that it would be unridable due to wanting to flip every gear.Think bike would have to be lowered a hell of alot first off.
Bigbore kit was another option,I know where theres a bigbored SD O6 Engine, which has had thousands spent on it+not counting the guys labour time+its got rod's/cams+all internals have been superfinished(mirror polished) for less engine resistance, which inturn = more Hp going to the rear wheel. Its never run yet and think guy is considering selling it.
Here's a thought. I'm about 30mins away from TTS. I've also got a friend who's started a fabricating shop about 9 months ago, his shop is just outside of Brackley (which is 10mins from TTS).
His speciality is... *drumroll* stainless steel exhausts. He's done tons of cars and he's very good at what he does. He used to work for Prodrive too, welding the rally cars. He's got a GSX1400 and a turbo, they need to become friends as soon as he's got some time.

You chat with TTS to see if they can get you the bits, then we give that to my mate who would do the fabricating, then roll the bike back into TTS for dyno and set-up?

As far as I can tell you'll need at least:
- Pulleys for the supercharger
- Modified engine case for the pulley to poke out of
- Brackets etc for the supercharger
- Pipework to the airbox
- Custom pressurised airbox
- Tons of other small things.

He doesn't have a lathe, nor a milling machine; but that shouldn't be much of a problem as he knows other guys too.

This obviously doesn't include TuneBoy/PCIII, injectors etc. I also don't know what my friend charges.

Just an idea.
