#11as for your choices, ask yourself if you could live with seeing the damage whenever you wash and polish it, if you can then buy it back and repair it, as long as you're happy to hang on to it long enough for the resale to level out. if you can't, cut your losses and move on.
can i ask who you get to look after it on the coast mate?
paul.
