#4"they say", that sorting suspension is the best thing you can do for any bike... but the KTM comes with good suspenders as standard, and they're so easily adjustable...
...so I'd go:
1. Engine & tuning (assuming it's not already sorted)
2. Suspension. (only if they're shagged)
3. Drugs & hookers.
4. Bling.

#5My head is saying "suspension" but my heart is saying NOISE !!!!
i can do fork springs and oil, and even the SDR shock (or a rebuild and new spring on mine) for about the same price as a pair of cans...

#8What makes you think the suspension "needs" sorting?
We all know the superduke comes with an engine & setup that will benefit from akras and a remap, and you can do more with airboxes and the rest if you wanna guild the lily... but the standard suspension is good kit and just needs to be adjusted for your weight and riding style...?
If it's old and shagged, then sure, get a rebuild... but it might be ok?
...you could try riding it first, and then decide where to spend your hard-earned?

#10I voted suspension, but I really meant paying a few bucks to some suspension guru to set the stock suspension up for your weight and riding style.

Suspension like they said the stock is very good, just needs adjustment.
Bling is not worth it if you're going to sell it after the summer
p.s1. I have all the bling i need, the round akras and motobox would be great so get them and let me know when you sell the SD
p.s2. just kidding, hope you get along with the beast and keep it a long time.
