i think a majority of SD's are great, but there are bound to be lemons...
those of us with perfect, or near-perfect machines are out there having fun, riding the crap out of them and getting a million grins per mile, while the unlucky ones with lemons end up spending a lot more time on the forum, either looking for fixes, or just venting their frustration...

my only real complaint is the fuel tank not alligning ... it happens now every single time i lift it up i can live with that, i just wish someone could explain to me why, and how the fook this happens?

aside from that, she has been an unmeasurable ammount of joy and i have never had any real issues.

I guess I should have said "perfectly happy (with the SD) except for the battery location"...That design for the Battery box, its location beneath the maze of wires, inside the chin spoiler..is..well...words fail me...

not too long ago "joe" stepped on someone for "trashing" the SD as they were off to a new bike.

I read this forum for positive insight and solutions to improve the bike and my "love affair".

The snatchy thing gets way too much "press", or maybe mine is a smoothy?

I am looking forward to raising the tank one of these days for some entertainment on realignment??
