Motoring journalist and TV presenter Richard Hammond has recently taken delivery of a KTM 690 Duke at his Gloucestershire home, officially handed over by KTM UK Managing Director, Shaun Sisterson. Hammond, a keen biker, spotted the powerful single cylinder bike when it was launched to the public at the Paris Motorcycle show late 2007, and quickly added his name to the list of waiting customers.

The 690 Duke is fitted with the most powerful single cylinder production engine available. Its aggressive styling, punchy performance and ultra-light handling, make it the ideal weapon to carve through twisty country roads or to beat inner city traffic on the way to the Top Gear studios!
