All I can say is that Mr. Rapp must be a true nutter. Streets of Willow is a 1.75 mi track. Its a very tight track with only two very short straight sections. The rest of the track is a myriad of tight turns, elevation changes, and of course, the 20 degree inclined "bowl." You can tell that this is not an easy track to traverse at high speeds, even in a car, by watching the the amount of effort the Ferrari driver is exerting. For Mr. Rapp to average 79.4 mph over that course is truly remarkable.
Would the Atom beat the bike on that track? I really don't know. But remember, the commentator says, at the end of the clip, that the Ferrari was the all time fastest car around that track. But, I don't know if they ever tested an Atom there.
