So happy with his i decided to whore the absolute shit out it with its own thread.
I totally realise how wankey this sound but just wanted it out there.................
Some of you know that just before i binned it i lost my dad to cancer. He helped my all through my time racing motocross and latterly with the Caterham in the scottish championship. There's times i've been in that damp cramped shitty little shed spannering away feeling pretty damn low. So that is the main reason i rebuild it rather than brake it after the crash.
I want to race it but being straight i just cant afford it. Worked out it'd cost almost £800 a meeting to do Thundersport Streetfighter A. That would almost cover a Euro trip with 3 days at Jerez and having spent a few sesons in racing i know for sure what would be more relaxing and fun, and give more tracktime
So i'm gonna trackday the hell out it in 2012. Buying a new house at the end of the year so no idea how 2013 will pan out. One thing for sure is the bike is never going up for sale. It'll get put under a cover and kept coz there's a lil bit of more than me in that bike.
Right.............draw a line under that. Let the piss taking commence. DP, give it your best dude.
Finished. Totally. No more to do apart from sag set up.
