Tune-upgrade question

Hello folks

I am planning to make a tuning in my bike, in order to upgrade a little bit its hp. Its current power is really enough for greek urban roads, but just a little more will be great. I won't tune further, so I will choose one of the following options and that's it. I am thinking about these options and I would like your advises. My main consideration is power upgrade, but the more the best.

The only mod installed by now is a pair of akra silencers with the appropriate mapping at the ECU.

So 1st choice is akra's inox header. Except from 5 or maybe more additional hp and the further weight reduction, they don't offer any more advantages (do they?). Sins are the cost for the headers (800 euros) and I think more fuel consumption.

2nd choice air filter combined with filter box. Additional HP as a con more fuel consumption as a sin. The cost for this one is quite affordable.

3rd choice power commander or the italian alternative. More HP, better throttle response and a bit more cons if you go with the italian. Also affordable.
Any adds in cons and sins are really welcome ...

I wouldn't bother with the headers TBH.

Airbox is a yes (MH, CPR, DNA), also remove the secondary's and add some RC8 stacks.

You can go the PC route (what's the Italian alternative?) or you can use TuneECU, depending on how confident you are with using it.
