I have a 2007 KTM 990 Adventure and hope someone on this site can help. I installed a Bazzaz unit on the bike and love it! But 2 weeks a go the bike started running very bad between 5000 and 6000 rpm. Adventure rider guys suggested fuel filter, I cleaned the tea bag and installed an in line and deleted the paper. Electrical pulled all the connectors around the battery cleaned, greased and reinstalled. Fuel pump installed a test pressure gauge and it held 53 psi at all rpm's on the test stand in the garage. It has a KTM Akro map on the ecu at this time, and 2 into 1 exhaust, and a motor hooligan air box and the secondary flies and shaft removed.
The 3 certified orange KTM dealer in the area all tell me to get the bike back to stock with the factory air box, flies and remove the Bazzaz and then they can work with it.

The bike was running great with all of this stuff in place so I don't think it is related to the issue and want to find a local shop who understands TuneECU and can trouble shoot my bike. Does anyone have a shop I can contact in the region
Could this be a case of an SD fave, the Big Grey Connector?
I pulled it apart and checked it out, what have you guys been finding?
Moisture getting in it and causing a few lecky problems.

Make sure its totally die and pack it full of dialectric grease before you reconnect.

It's cured a few similar problems like yours on the SD. Do a search for BGC and it'll bring up a fair few results for you.
