Two weeks in and it's only getting better!!

As off half five tonight, that's me had the SD for two weeks.

Managed to rack up 1032 miles so far, but back to work today so commuting miles for the forseeable future.
100 odd miles a week, boring as fook, or so I thought...

Had soooo much fun ripping past cars and making it pop and burble going past cars with open windows.
Really can't wait for the Akra's to arrive so I can flame 'em on me way past...

Much happier commuting on her than my old FZ6, can see a gap, twist n VROOOOOM, no gap anymore.
The higher seat means I can see that wee bit further forward too.
All I need to do now is manage to do her justice when I do get to play.

Yeah, it's so much fun that I've fitted a camera to the handle-bars to review the overtakes when I get off again; I've changed my route for best overtaking, which actually means 'most rewarding' - which actually means a winding lane with alternating no-overtaking spots so that I have to time things well to overtake, then get between gaps of oncoming cars as well as leaving time to decide whether to pull in or take another car as well. If I leave too early and there isn't much traffic, its not as much fun as having to use the bike to it's full.

When I get home I edit all the overtakes and save them as a little movie. That's a bit sad, really! But the kids love watching them - well, that's my excuse!
