#12Shade, If you are looking for longevity and sticky I can't recommend the pilot power 2ct's more, I run them on my RC8 and have over 7k miles on the front and 4k miles on the rear inclusive of 3 trackdays and there is still a good 2mm left on both. I have found this reveiw site which might help.

#13+1 on 2CT's.
I use them for road riding year round on the superduke. I dont get more than 2k out of a rear and 4k out od a front. But then, I usually get them changed before they are too squared off and keep them for winter track days.
At anything less than 15 degrees 2CT's will equal or outperform Racetecs or Supercorsa'a. Plus they will cope with a damp track better.
Plan on 2 trackdays then bin them. You have had your money's worth so no point in risking a 3rd.
I trust them in the wet right up to standing water too.
