#12bt 014 bridgestones i've had them like chewing gum and peeling the rubber on them like worms but i would only get 800 miles out of the rear one on my gsxr 1000,they were very sticky in hot weather,i love the maxxis presa sports as they are hot in 5 mins and grip as good as more expensive tyres,if i was going to spend strong money on tyres id get the michelin power ones,my mate runs them on his 07 repsol cbr 1000rr and after a hour they look like they spent their life on track the way the rubber melts and peels in to worms on them if you know what i mean,very soft very sticky and pretty decent milage from them,he says they are the best tyres hes ever ridden on....

#13Hey BUZZ! You reminded me. Those sticky supermoto tyres were Maxxis as well. They must be into their soft compounds. I remember that I thought that Maxxis were maybe a cheap brand, (it was a long time, maybe 5 years ago), but was really, really impressed with them.

#14maxxis been around for years and years,most down hill racers in mtb run maxxis lol i used to run them on my mx bikes in the summer time but change to bridgestone in the winter as the maxxis would spin up on my mx bike were the bridgestone would grip and bite in to the mud,they do make some great sm tyres aswell and were the main sponsors for sm racing in the uk for a good while,like i've said i love the maxxis presa sports there's plenty of grip and when the rear end wheel spins out of corners there's no drama's from them.done around 250 miles on them now on the super duke and they are brilliant,im ordering a new rear monday for the gsxr as im getting 3 rears to one front out of them on the gixxer....

I really loved those for road use on my k1200r.
Got the standard Dunlops now (I think), but the rear keeps sliding away in corners....
