The Diablo Rosso isn't even in the same class as the 2CT. That would be the Diablo Corsa III. The Diablo Rosso is even more street biased.
I have extensive experience with the 2CT as well as the Pirelli 'trackday' tyres. I like the Michelins. A lot comes down to personal preference, but this test is like saying a Pilot Road is better on-track than a Dunlop Qualifier. Sheer rubbish.

#4pilot powers good wet or dry wear bloody fast burnt a set off on cbr 900 in 10hrs during 2 day road trip with the boys I didnt feel we were really running all that hard , I now have maxxis feel I have a much better tyre wet or dry than the stock dunlap was ridding slower tested it a bit in corner in rain storm 5 min later was back up to 130km /h and picking off 60km/h signed corners ,lays over smoother less twitchy
