UK order for Motohooligan Secondary Butterflies

As it sounds like there could be some UK interest in these it might be better to do a group buy. Aaron has given a price of $25 + P&P a set, which is roughly £17. Obviously if we do a group buy we can save on the P&P and make Aaron's life a tad easier in that he won't have so many trips to the USPS.

Yes please - could also add a" Motobox W/ K&N hiflow filter" to the order if it helps logistics/costs/etc.

You should get Loctite 243. It's blue, but more important it's the one KTM recommends.

Superdan: I had a troublesome screw as well; I used a set of needle nosed vice-grip pliers to grab the head of the screw and then worked it out a bit at a time using a tighten/loosen/tighten/loosen motion, sort of the reverse of tapping a thread.

MH is right: take your time and use your threadlock; cruch the screw ends too if you can. I'm getting a new motor in my Nissan Xterra right now because the service department left a bolt loose in the intake plenum; the bolt came loose, lodged in a valve and lunched the valve and piston, all avoidable for a few moments of careful attention.

All done. Got the SAS out and the new flies and airbox in all without fuss. Thanks for the superb instructions Bic - made all the difference. All up the pulling apart, fitting, and boxing up took one hour and ten mins. No worries. I'm very happy with the result. Will dyno it in the week and have it on the Johor circuit for a practice session next weekend. Can't wait.
