JFC, this is really ridiculous, the amount of tax they take off yiz fer riding or driving anything. If it weren't all about saving the evironment a feller might think they just wanted your money for bailing out banks and fighting foreign wars and stuff...
done and i thought that they class bikes as green vehicles

It's so hypocritical that they can even think about doubling our tax considering the levels of co2 we produce are much less than cars.

Considering I'm going to be paying over £400 for my car next year what I want to know is when the government are going to bring in a fair system for declaring your vehicle off the road on a daily basis, I have 3 bikes and 2 cars and I can only ride or drive 1 at a time so when mr government can I easily claim my money back for the days I'm not using one or the other.
urmmm why is a 1.6 litre diesel car almost the same as a bike....suck...
