setup/suspension wise I got the bike briefly looked over a year ago at the same track but thats it. Suspension is stock, I havent touched the settings since, its been mostly street and canyon riding which really dosent push the bike to those levels and hasent been much of a focus. Maybe it was just suspension, seeing as the friends triple had just been setup over the two days with some valving and forks lowered in the triples but it didnt seem that way. The looseness or flex felt much more lateral, just means I will have to go back and check it out, oh well. I did as the sessions progressed and the track continued to dry kept feeling the front end was not its agile self but it had been so long since I had the bike at really any type of track pace or even any pace for that matter.
Thanks for the input, but I was surprised and alittle taken back riding both the SD back to back with the triple. I expected a tank in the corners compared and really wasnt the case at all. Of course the superduke did punch out the corners way better but again the triple had more for me on the straights. Its a very tight course and the SD shines there, very few bikes can match it with a really good rider. I watched a guy on a R take pretty much everyone one day a while back. I am no setup wizard by any means and rely on the "pro's" for that but the guys I do work off of are good. Like I said the learning the CBR600 in supersport trim has been my focus for the last 6 months so the superduke has lacked attention.
