Well as I await for my 07 SD to be imported to the US...I was just wanting to know the experts/any opinions with mods....

My top 3 basic picks are:

1. 16 T front sprocket

2. Frames Sliders

3. Disconnect gear position sensor

honoraable mentions/possible mod changes: pipes, shield extention, air/oil filters, ceramic coat exhaust headers and carbon parts.....

Generally speaking, from my experience, suspension is the best bang for the buck. Especially if you're just talking about set up...that's free. It just might take some time to get it sorted.

I reckon for your weight the rear (and probably the front) will be way too hard. As a baseline, I think you should set your damping to the "Driving Comfort" settings as per the Owners Manual and set your sag as per the thread below:
