Which Sprocket Combo are you running, and what are the advantages? :

also does the chain need to be changed

And when the decision has been made which sprocket to switch to where is the best supplier?

Best in my book is quality of product and service. Price is secondary.

16/40 works best for me (both on track and road). No need to change chain.

16/38 good on the road good on the track for me anyway. and very very easy to wheelie with

Rallsy. General consensus is that 16/40 gives the best balance of acceleration for the SD gearbox combined with top speed. For general road /track riding. You just need to try things to see what suits your own riding. I got a set of different rear sprockets from a Sd racer off EBay and tried them all out. Got loads of different options. Going up a tooth or two on the back makes the bike rev out quicker in every gear.

Having messed about with wheelies, I reckon Sabre has a point though. If you're into wheelies the 16/40 runs out of revs a bit quick in first so going to his favourite combo would let the bike keep the revs for longer so you have a bit more time lofted before having to change up.
