map is the next step, this i'll do soon, and a BMC filter is on the way.

no major mods till end of season for me, gotta use the short summer to ride, i don't want any down time right now. work is already seriously interfering with my riding.

things i want to do next:

1-straighter bars
2-bar end signals or mirror signals
3-mirrors
4-rear light (+ intgr8 signals) - i started working on something that i think will look/work nice...
5-rearsets - only if i can get ones i like at reasonable price. not paying $1000 for sure, stockers suit me fine, i'd like them maybe an inch back...
6-SAS ? - still not sure, gotta do some testing.
7-airbox ? - maybe, i'm working on something/watching the progress others have made..,

once these are done, i'm sure i'll come up with other stuff, i like changing stuff, makes the bike 'my own', unlike any other
My bike is damn sexy at the mo (even if I do say so myself ) the only things I want are a:

-Steering damper as its getting a bit light on fast 1-2-3 gear changes with the 16-40 gearing think the LSL one looks good
-Get a proper Dyno map on a rolling road
-Want a set of lower R&G's too
slipper clutch, I hope, birthday in 9 days, the Mrs does take a peek in here sometimes, oh ello love

GB Racing side covers and crash bungs/sliders upper and lower.... thank you..... thank you very much, (best Elvis impersonation).

Have them in my hand right now and they look marvelous!
next mods will be a PCIII and either panel filter or mars airbox...

Joe,

What is the GB like compared to the R&G stuff?
Bamm, I like the side covers and sliders, fit and finish is very nice, has a nicer style and goes with the scheme of the SD (angular) much better.

They are also superbike approved and tested, I will try not to further this commentary with high impact or abrasion resistance results.

they are light in weight but look and feel high quality, the hardware is heavier and better built than the R&G.

Price is also attractive when compared to the R&G, overall impression... joe is happy to get them, pumpkin looks much better!

I will be doing a write up in the how to section with more details and pics later this week...

I have that same little spec in the upper right of my cluster. I've grown rather attached to it though.

Did that sound right?

Hey Joe,
Looking forward to your post up and pics as I'm thinking of getting some crash bungs and covers myself.

Oh yeah, next mod will be to clean it...lol

Still thinking hard about some slip ons but am ticked that Leo's went from $650 to $950. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Chuck,, here it is you race track guru....

I love your commentary on your track days, I would pay good money to watch you race,

I would pay much more $$$$ to race against ye... but ye would tear me up, I know all of yer faster racer types in the land of tracks...
40t sprocket (if I can find one!!!).

Why?
Because I'm poor and it's all I can afford after fuel
But I just have to treat her to something!

secret weapon.... NOS and belly pan for anything over 200 mph.....

seriously, I think it is part of the map, (Manifold absolute pressure) sensor vacuum system.... and the skidmarx belly pan that is not mounted.

left the brackets on.... I know I am a dog. the bike is filthy and I ride through all kinds of crap all the time.

I was going to clean her up today but it looks like rain.... and joe likey rain allot!!

NO it ain't tar is is concrete dust cos the freaking wind is so strong here it blew my freaking fence down and I had to put up a new one, only 1/2 was $1200 fook me!!!

here are a couple of pics, look at the top edge of my building it ripped the bulkhead off and the fence in the back is 1/2 new now.

Smurf, I have an extra sprocket, it is a hardened 40 tooth, lightly used, how about $40+ you pay the freight.... it'll be yars... a buck per tooth?
