Just had my 09 SDR custom mapped over the weekend. I fell in love with it all over again.
Current setup: Round akra's, Motobox, 2ndry flies removed, SAS removed, O2 disabled.

I had the orange prefilter thingy on the motobox as well, but the tuner removed it as it only made 127 rwhp with it on and 133rwhp with it off
I especially like the fact that it's already up to 100Nm at 4k rpm and ends up at 118Nm (about 87 ftlbs) at 7.5k rpm
and ofcourse it's smooth as silk now. Granted it's still no il4, but who would want that anyways
dammit, pic is way too big, will get it sorted asap
132 BHP at TRW You must be a happy bloke! Nice one.
Nice numbers. Was fuelling adjusted with TuneECU?
Yep, was tuned with TuneECU.
Very happy with it, it even lifts the front wheel with my fat arse on it now

PS: the red trace is with the pre-filter sock thing still on the Motobox
Any ignition advance done?
As far as I know, the ignition was changed as well yes. Maybe Bert can chime in here ... @Bert, does Alain also change ignition timing ?
Yes. He also fiddled with the ignition on duffman's bike.
Nice figures dude. Same as my 08 SDR on the PCIII. not tried TuneEcu, I need to read up more and understand about ignition advance/retard etc first.....then just find the damn time!!
did you remove flies altogether or fit hooligan ones, my box and flies should be here in a day or 2, I have the air box and sh1t all out including the secondary flies and was waiting on someone on here to load thier map onto the site before I remove the shafts cheers darren
flies are out all together. Shafts are still in though. Allthough Alain, the tuner, did say that he could've found 2 more Nm's of torque if I had had the motohooligan flies in, or the standard ones for that matter.
How did he come up with that assumption? Btw, if the flies are turned off but the shafts are still there you will actually damage performance. As the flat mounting part for the flies cause a lot of bad turbulance.

You will actually notice an increase by removing the shafts
I'm getting 124bhp from my '07 SD and I think losing 10 brake horsepower is OK because I don't have to ride about with a gay orange frame
