Caught a local BBC news programe last night called 'inside out'. One of it's presenters is an ex MET police oficer who was spending a day with North Yorkshire police in one of their two Subaru Impeza patrol cars (no prizes for guessing why they use these). They caught a guy doing 125mph on the Settle by-pass, the most patroled stretch of road in Yorkshire, and guess what he was riding? A Superduke His defence was ' I didn't realise how fast I was going ', nice try. He must have had his chin on the tank to stop his head being pulled off! So if it's you or you know who it is, here's a tip; Don't ride up the Settle bypass at more than 60mph, you WILL get nicked. Still, think of all that polishing time you will have while you wait for your licence to be reinstated.
