Hello

Have a line on a second hand Zard system (Y pipe and cans ) in Black.

I have 1 concern it is the system with the cats. (DB's also but they are removeable)

Any advice, comments ?

Or should I just buy an FF Fresco ?

If you're planning to buy carbon exhausts from Zard I'd have a look first to what happened to mines, I blew up three of them mounted in my 990smr...

Common knowledge to not mount carbon exhausts on a V-twin.....
LOL not for me at the time I bought them!! It was my 1st twin ever anyway. The fact is that I bought specifically that model of exhausts for my bike, and Zard didn't seem kind enough to share with me that common knowledge...
The set I have a line on are the Black ceramic coated model.

Other than the carbon issues: How was sound? Performance? etc.

Thanks

As mad as I was about how ended my Zard experience, I have to say that it was nice while it (short) lasted, they're nice looking, very light, loved the sound and the bike performed really well breathed (?) See and hear for yourself, no dBkillers sound in the vid

Have the yoshimura carbon pipes given the same problems? I love the shape of them and the price in the US is very competitive.
Over 25000 kms on my Yoshi carbons, no problems at all (run without baffles)
