#3this is the best one I've seen on this forum. The top plate mounts to a hard top box, and looks pretty good while on the bike too.
there are pics of it fitted on the thread somewhere on the forum but I don't have a link, I just saved this image to my hard drive cos I want to copy it....

#4Here´s my way of doing it.....
Now i can use my soft bags , without putting them on fire.... And there is NO modifications... Away with the sidepanels and mount the rack in the rear bolt for the passenger-footpegs ( use a longer one..) and the bolt for the cans (replace this one too with a longer one ). I used it 5000 km's through 9 European countrys last summer , so i suppose it works...
