I just bought a 07 990 super duke. The bike has a little over 2200 miles and when I bought it the only problem I was told of was the rear brake locking up. Now the guy is telling me there is a charging problem. I have not checked the battery with a volt meter yet to see if there is in fact a charging issue. I have not noticed anything wrong with the bike since I have had it. What could cause this? The only thing I can think of is the stator. Are there any other causes I should look for?
