Just had my silver triple clamp anodised black. Found a place who specialise in doing small jobs, especially motorcycle parts. Great service, very helpful, only problem is they don't take credit cards so you have to send a cheque.

Did my clamps hard anodised so very tough. They cleaned and stripped off the original silver finish first. Overall finish is very good, it's not quite as matt/satin as I had hoped for but I think that is down to the finish on the original metal surface.

I like it better than powder coating as it doesn't effect the overall tolerances of anything, (like internal diameter of the clamp), and the threads are also usable without any post finishing.

Doing passenger footrests and hangers next to see how they turn out and then the swingarm, but this might have to wait until winter as I want to ride now!

Company is called Collins Chemical Blacking. Recommended.
